Three down, one to go - this one has my parents in the audience.

Has a late curry last night, of which I am still very much aware - left the curry house just before 1am, to find three police vans and two ambulances stationed outside the nightclub opposite. Always a lovely picture...

It was also when I got back to the gate of the flats that my entrykey decided to inform me that it had become a little weaker in the interim, and didn't feel up to activating the unlocking mechanism. You can imagine how much fun that was - thankfully there were staff in Pizza Express who let me through their kitchens...

Today off to a stately home in the Downham Market area, which is a strange idea (which reminds me - Downham Mkt's beloved Lottery Lout has already been back up before the magistrates for breaching his ASBO, and for suspected kidnapping - that one will end in a gallows dance, mark my words...)

And hurrah for the discovery of Planet Rupert..

One last thing - was watching the Wallace and Gromit films a couple of days ago, and am now plagued with the fear that some sick and twisted individual out there might be writing Wallace and Gromit slashfic. Cracking orgasm, Gromit...
From wanadoo.co.uk's frontpage:

"Atomic Kitten are reuniting. To celebrate..."

Celebrate? I'd have thought two minutes silence would be more in order...
After a day of navigating the choppy waters of being with my parents (I don't mind being with them, but there's always an argument lurking just below the surface, and six hours of that is wearing), and a sudden prod in the wrong direction, I was feeling pretty zoned out ten minutes ago, which isn't ideal before going off to be theatrical.

Then, quite by chance, I came across one of those songs that is so filled with nervous energy that it wakes you up - "Beat City" by the Raveonettes. There are few more rock 'n' roll opening lines than "Wanna die in Beat City, run, run, run".

So now I'm awake, what do I do next?
