This week's question:

The PS3 is currently in its first flush, retailing for £425 to fleece the early adopters and the parents.

How much do you think it will be selling for in next January's sales?

I've already had an answer of £200 - I'm going to be a bit more charitable and say £250, but £200 wouldn't surprise me.
For those in search of literary gratification, a very good deal I have recently availed myself of is that The Works have the complete Sherlock Holmes, in a 10-volume Penguin paperback boxed set, for a frankly derisory £10. Every home should be at least near one.

For aural gratification, Tracey Thorn (late of Everything But The Girl) is back, with an album which picks up where Walking Wounded left off (and thus sidesteps the execrable final EBTG album, Temperamental). Extraordinary to think Tracey Thorn has been a distinctive voice in the British music biz for over 25 years now - nearly as long as Kate Bush, though without the same effect (or the watery shagging).
