The production of Macbeth I was in in July was recorded, and the DVD has just arrived. It's really a very strange experience - the thing has a properly-designed cover, intro credits to the production itself (A Michael Holland and Fiona Gilbert Production, in association with Ely Amateur Dramatic Society - I ask you...), scene selection and everything.
In the end, it's still only filmed from two camera positions, with fairly rudimentary microphone equipment, but it's still a wonderful (if peculiar) thing to own.
