they say smell is the memory sense, but this is ridiculous.
I just opened a pack of Post-It notes, and a tantalisingly familiar aroma rose, but I couldn't think exactly what it reminded me of. After a few sniffs, I got it.
It reminded me of the smell you get (or got) when opening a pack of Panini football stickers.
I last bought a pack of Panini football stcikers in 1986.
