I've been meaning to say that the Fleur de Lys is currently undergoing a refurbishment, and is due to re-open under ew management next week.

I hope they did their market reserach, otherwise boy are they in for a shock...

The question is - tat's the worst thing they could do to it? I'd say turning it into a Beefeater would take some beating... A sports bar would be interesting too - depended what sports they showed, maybe. The two-man luge would seem appropriate...
