Yes, it has the scientific rigour of a National Enquirer lead, and yes the relentless anthropomorphism can grate, but oh my word the landscape and the photography is stunning.
And, I have to admit, baby penguins are ever so slightly cute.
I was also delighted to find that one of the extras is "8-Ball Bunny", a genuine Bugs Bunny "Merrie Melodies" cartoon. Haven't seen one of those in years...
