I love it when typos generate better images then the intended version. For instance, this is from the New York Times summary on Richard Nixon:

"And he began the rapprochement with the Soviet Union with the singing of the first treaty limiting the potentially deadly nuclear arms race"

I'm intrigued by the idea of Nixon and Brezhnev standing together, singing alternate lines of the treaty, backed by a choir of both nations...


Oh - and Great Silly Surnames of the World, #4,567: there is a presentation going on later this week, and one of the presenters is called Berkstresser.
Everyone needs to stress a berk now and then - even if they haven't gone Through the Trapdoor.
