Aug. 3rd, 2007 09:50 amAmong other things, this morning I was listening to a couple of songs by Lighthouse Family.
[You can stop retching now - and yes, that noise like a Swannee Whistle is my Deep and Complex Person Rating plummeting through the floor. But both "Lifted" and "Ocean Drive" make me feel happy when I'm feeling tired or blue, and there's nothing wrong with that]
It did occur to me that the lyrics of Ocean Drive have acquired a secondary meaning over the past few weeks.
"When the clouds arrive, we'll live on Ocean Drive". Especially in Tewkesbury.
