Maybe I was wrong, and Nottingham really has gone completely rotten. I don't believe so - I think it's just been unlucky to catch a media wave that no-one else wanted - but it's always a possibility.
The strange thing about this story for me is that I used to live about 400 yards from where the siege happened, and used to drink in a pub about 50 yards from it. Eek.
