For there are two independent bookshops. And both of them are holding Harry Potter parties at midnight.

I am not venturing near it - although, from my eyrie above the High Street, I could probably become an instant War Correspondent...

I have to be very careful how I tread on occasions such as this, because my loyalties from my friends in the Dramatic Society are to Burrows Bookshop, but my loyalties in tems of actually buying books are with Topping, because there is simply no comparison on stock or knowledge.

I will instead munch a pizza, watch the rest of Goldfinger, and cogitate on putting a poisonous agent into fake Burberry and/or sub-woofer speakers.
