This is about as monumental as achievements get at the moment.
The other piece of post I got this evening I found more disquieting. It was an invitation to apply for a "Vanquis" credit card. At an average APR of 49.9%, and loud protestations that "even if you've been turned down elsewhere, give us a try".
Given that I already have a credit card, this is a tad pointless. But do worry that if I've ended up on the lists of shysters like that, perhaps my credit rating has taken another lurch groundwards without my noticing. And then one has to ask why...
